Delivery to the customer's address within up to 5 business days, and up to 7 business days for remote areas.

Please Note!
UPS makes up to 3 delivery attempts to the customer's address (Home/Office delivery).
In cases where the customer is unavailable / the address is incorrect / or the delivery address is not within UPS's service area, the package will be returned to Alma Y Casa after three delivery attempts.
If the shipment is returned under these circumstances, the customer will be charged a return fee equal to the shipping cost listed above, and for resending the package - a fee equal to the shipping cost listed above, regardless of the original purchase amount.
In the case of order cancellation by the customer following the return of the package, and no later than 14 days from the order confirmation, a cancellation fee of 5% of the purchase amount (but no more than 100₪) will be deducted from the refund, in accordance with the law.
In addition, the following will also be deducted from the refund:
Original shipping cost to Home/Office (if the customer received free shipping).
Return shipping cost, both equal to the rates listed above.
