Alexandra Kosinski is a talented perfumer based in Paris, France. She grew up with a passion for perfumery and pursued her dream by attending the prestigious ISIPCA in Versailles, where she graduated at the top of her class. Her career started at Quest, where she honed her skills before the company was acquired by Givaudan. During her 15-year tenure at Givaudan, Alexandra worked on creating fragrances for some of the most well-known brands in the world. In 2018, she was named Senior Perfumer at CPL Aromas, where she now serves as the Director of Perfumery in the UK. Alexandra's fascination with nature has been a major source of inspiration for her perfumery work. She enjoys recreating the scents found in nature through fragrance and condensing and bottling them for others to enjoy. Alexandra is known for her ability to create fragrances that are of the highest quality, using raw materials that are natural, organic, and vegan. She believes that fragrances can have a powerful effect on our everyday lives, boosting our confidence and elevating our moods. Alexandra has won several FiFi Awards for her fragrance creations, and her work has earned her a reputation as one of the most talented perfumers in the industry. She has a deep understanding of the power of fragrance and its ability to transport us to different times and places, evoking a wide range of emotions. Her favorite fragrance is L'heure Bleu by Guerlain, which she admires for its well-structured facets and extraordinary sillage. In addition to nature, Alexandra finds inspiration in paintings, as she believes that every fragrance or raw material has its own color. She enjoys experimenting with different ingredients, likening her favorite ones to inviting friends to a party. She knows how they will behave in a formula together and the way they will interact with the other ingredients.
