Olivier Gillotin embarked on his illustrious career at Givaudan, the leading creator of fragrances and flavors, where he has been an integral part of the company for over 20 years. He currently serves as the Vice President of Fragrance USA for Givaudan and is based in New York City. Over the years, Gillotin's creations have spanned across the United States and Europe, marking his presence as a highly sought after perfumer.
