Alain Allon is the senior perfumer at Expressions Parfumées, creating fragrances for both the mass and niche segments. Allon received his specialized training at the perfume school of the Charabot concern (now part of the Robertet Group). In the early 2000s, he released his first composition for Faberlic – the chypre Souvenir, which unfolds with green, fruity, and floral accords. This marked the beginning of a long and fruitful collaboration between the perfumer and the Russian cosmetics brand, which has resulted in the release of many commercial hits: Fortunata, Beauty Cafe, Orangerie Lei, and Orangerie Neroli. Allon also collaborated with Russian designer Alena Akhmadullina on a women's fragrance of the same name, released in 2016. In addition to his long-standing collaboration with Faberlic, Allon has created a line of fragrances for another Russian brand, Nikkos-Oskol Fragrance. Together with the brand's founder, Yegor Nikkolov, the perfumer developed a numbered collection of fragrances released in 2011-2012. In 2012, he also created fragrances for the French niche brand Les 12 Parfumeurs.
