    Adriana Medina-Baez is a perfumer and vice president of the American branch of Givaudan. The author of Idôle Lancôme, Bombshell and Victoria Victoria's Secret and other popular luxury fragrances. In 1994, she graduated with a bachelor's degree in biology from Montclair State University in New Jersey. Then she studied cosmetic production at Fairleigh Dickinson University, while simultaneously working as an intern chemist and perfumer's assistant. In 2000, Medina entered the perfume school at the Givaudan concern, and after graduating, she was hired as a junior perfumer in the American branch of the company. In 2004, she received the title of perfumer and began working on orders for major brands. Among her first independent fragrances were works for the brands Christian Audigier and Anthropologie. In 2010, her first bestseller was released - Bombshell, created for Victoria's Secret together with Mark Knitkowski. A few years later, Medina created another composition for the lingerie brand - Victoria, on which she worked with Quentin Bisch, Aurélien Guichard, Yann Vanier and Steven Nielsen. In the early 2010s, Medina created several celebrity fragrances (Meow by Katy Perry and Harajuku Lovers Wicked Style - Music by Gwen Stefani). They were followed by new compositions for Christian Audigier, Avon and the cosmetics brand Bath and Body Works. In 2011, she received the title of senior perfumer at Givaudan. 2019 brought the first luxury hit to the perfumer's portfolio - Idôle Lancôme, on which Medina worked with Shyamola Maisondieu and Nadège le Garlantezec. Later, they also created a line of flankers of the flagship fragrance - a version of L'Intense and a new product of 2021, Aura. These compositions are among Medina's latest works to date. Today, Adriana Medina, in addition to working with clients as a perfumer, holds the post of vice president of the American division of Givaudan in New Jersey.
