Alexis Dadier is a highly experienced perfumer with over 23 years of experience in the industry. He has worked for several renowned fragrance houses, including Mane, Symrise, and IFF, before joining Robertet in 2019.
Alexis's career in perfumery began with marketing, but he quickly developed a passion for the creation process. He moved to Grasse to study perfumery and learn the art of fragrance composition. He believes in developing a fragrance like an architect would design a building, by first sketching and then building it up, adding layers and nuances until the final product is achieved.
Alexis is inspired by a variety of things, including gardens, museums, art galleries, music, and architecture. He believes that every fragrance has a story to tell, and his goal is to create scents that evoke emotion and transport the wearer to a different place and time.
Some of Alexis's most notable works include Mugler's Womanity, Jessica Simpson's Fancy, and Valentino's Valentina Blush. He has also created fragrances for Bottega Veneta, Boucheron, Chloe, Comme des Garcons, Courvoisier Cognac, J.U.S Parfums, Karl Lagerfeld, Kate Moss, L'Occitane en Provence, Miu Miu, NafNaf, Off White, Oriflame, Ostens, Oxbow, Retrouvailles, and many others.
Alexis believes that the key to creating a successful fragrance is to trust your instincts and let your heart guide you. He is always open to the intuitions of his clients, and he takes great care to listen to their needs and desires. His work has earned him a reputation as one of the most talented perfumers in the industry, and his creations continue to captivate and delight fragrance enthusiasts all over the world.
