He has been referred to as a "perfumer to the stars" and is in high demand in the industry. In the interview, Bish spoke about his passion for perfumery and the pressures and expectations that come with being a successful perfumer. He described himself as a perfectionist who always strives for more and constantly creates scents in his imagination. Bish's most popular fragrance series, the Parfums de Marly Delina series, features Turkish rose as a key ingredient. Despite its beauty, Bish noted that working with this ingredient can be difficult and that too much can make a scent look dated. As he approaches his 40th birthday, Bish reflects on his career and the importance of being honest with himself and others. He believes in the power of intuition and hard work to create beautiful, modern scents.
